    Description

    Provide students with a background of twenty different holidays, festivals, events and feasts. Each packet includes important holiday vocabulary such as HOAX and POISSON D'AVRIL for April Fool's or JEDI and DROID for May the Fourth (Star Wars Day). Highlight important concepts with a Query featuring four multiple choice questions and a short answer. Word searches, crossword puzzles and parts-of-speech fill-ins reinforce vocabulary, while writing reflections and scrapbook pages take each lesson deeper. Suggested activities, such as Power Up and I Mustache Your Mario Style for Mario Day (Mar10) or Doubloon Design and Mask-Making for Mardi Gras, along with a STEAM project idea for each holiday, turn brief introductions into twenty larger activities. Keep the fun rolling with included grams for each holiday!

    Included are all twenty of 45 90's NO PREP Activities including Jackie Robinson Day, Ramadan, Memorial Day, Pi Day, April Fool's, Comic Book Day, The Big Game, Friday the 13th, Groundhog Day, Presidents' Day, Diwali, Doughnut Day, Arbor Day, May the 4th, Earth Day, Cinco de Mayo, Saint Patrick's, Mario Day, Basketball Mayhem, the Easter Triduum and Mardi Gras. These holidays typically fall within the second semester, January through June.

    Also included are fifteen BONUS Google Classroom headers themed from holidays included in the bundle. Use the diverse banners to add a theme to your Google Classroom! All fifteen are for use as Google Classroom headers.

    Within the bundle are ZIPs of each NO PREP Holiday Packet containing a PPTX digital file and PDF reproducible file. Share the PPTX file with students for an instant, digital NO PREP TYPE-IN packet! Students select "Double click to record your thoughts!" on their device and then simply type, draw or insert an image! After completing, students save and share digitally. Locked background adds to simplicity for students. A PDF file provides the option for a reproducible packet. Additionally an EASEL version is included. All options serve diverse grades at home and school. Within the BONUS ZIP are sixteen files including a PDF directions and fifteen PNG images.
