This product is 100% ready to use without any editing. However, it also includes the option of being able to edit if you would like! Each slide can be edited to include your own name, or replace pre-made assessments with your own. Note: If you would like to use the final google form as an exit quiz, you would need to replace the form in the slide with your own. How to edit slides: Each slide has a transparent text box over it. To edit the text underneath it, you must move that text box, and then move it back when you've finished editing. This is what prevents students from simply clicking to the next slide without answering correctly. Watch this video to see how editing slides can be easily done.

Here is a link to the google form used as this exit ticket. Just be sure to change the link in the slide if you want to do this. Otherwise, you can simply use the exit ticket in the game and not receive their scores.
