Multiplying Polynomials (FOIL)

This PowerPoint presentation includes 24 slides with 18 animated examples of multiplying polynomials. The animations are extremely helpful in demonstrating to students the process of multiplying. There is even a color changing effect to highlight like terms. While most of the samples are multiplying two binomials using FOIL there are a couple of samples of multiplying a binomial with a trinomial.

2. Student Practice Handout - this handout is a great way to provide students the opportunity to practice their new skill. This practice handout includes 18 problems, similar to those covered in the presentation.
