Pg 3 Mother's Day coupon packet craft. This is an art activity with pictures and detailed instructions on how to make a coupon packet to keep Mother's Day coupons.
Pg 4 Template for 6 coupons. Photocopy and let students colour and complete the coupons to put into their packet.
Pg 5 Butterfly Art Template: This is a template showing how to make a butterfly using heart shapes. A nice art activity for Mother's Day.

Pg 8 Mom's Adjective Wheel: Students will make adjective wheels with words that describe their mothers. Instructions are given and a picture of the finished product.

Pg 12 Foldable Mother's Day Card Template: Students are asked to fill in the blanks, "You are special because..." and "I would really like to thank you for...". They can draw and colour the card and then fold it to give to their mothers.
Pg 13 Mother's Day Gift Graph: Students will vote on gift ideas for mom and create a bar graph. Bars are moveable so they can tally the results and then move the bar to represent the data.
Pg 14 Mother's Day Coordinate Math Activity: Gifts are hidden on a coordinate math grid. Students will click on the squares and if they reveal a gift they must record the coordinate pairs.
Pg 15 Coordinate Pairs Printable: Students are asked to plot the gifts onto the grid.

Pg 18 Mother's Day Adjective Spinner Game: Students spin the wheel to choose a letter. They must think of an adjective to describe their mom that starts with that letter.
Pg 19 Adjective Spinner Game Template: Students can play using a paper clip and a pencil.
Pg 20 Random Selection Synonym Game: Students press the select button and an adjective is selected. They must think of a synonym for that word.
