You can select the progress statements from the scope and sequence charts to easily create monthly updates for parents, administration, or your own records.

You can even complete an editable report card (or use the pre-populated drop-down options!) to send home. This resource will SAVE YOU HOURS and keep you organized.

How it works:

• Open the weekly plan you want to create
• Enter the details of the child
• Select for each area from the dropdown list a pre-populated presentation - they are listed in sequence of ideal presentation
• Save as a PDF (optional) for an attractive plan that students can color or fill in
• Save as an excel file for you and you can electronically tally the presentations as they are given - they are automatically counted and you can see at a glance if any areas are needing more attention
• Assess your child against the comprehensive printable scope and sequence charts which includes all of the assessment statements
• Select the assessment statements to fill the monthly update that you can send to parents or administrators as an attractive PDF (this can also act as a record for yourself)
• Select the assessment statements to fill the report card which will save you so much time. Simply select the assessment statements and then add your own comments. There is even a spot for children to assess themselves.
• Have a cup of tea - you deserve it!
