    The problems are on a beginner, introductory level. All worksheets contain problems that involve converting from one unit to another. Sample problems include:

    • Convert 11.03 moles of calcium nitrate to grams.
    • Convert 3.25 x 10^24 molecules of dinitrogen pentoxide to moles.
    • A sample of iron (III) chloride has a mass of 26.29g. How many moles is this?
    • How many atoms of hydrogen would be contained in 1.5 moles of H2SO4?
    • What is the volume of 3.01 x 10^23 molecules N2 at STP?

    Both printable and digital versions of this resource are included. The student handouts can be printed or used in the paperless digital format in your Google Drive, Google Classroom, Microsoft OneDrive, or similar. This resource is perfect for traditional classroom settings, 1:1 schools, or for distance learning.

    Prior instruction is required before students attempt these problems.

    • Students must be able to write a correct chemical formula and be able to determine the formula mass of a compound.
