I chose this resource to supplement my unit on Panama and introduce Molas to my students. It's a good presentation and saved me time by having it ready-made, but I did feel it was a little pricey for what it is. I would have liked it more if it included a related project or activity.

Description
This 20 slide Power Point presentation opens the world of molas to your student. It begins with a 5 slide geography lesson on the location of the San Blas islands where the Kuna Indians live and create their art. We then learn about life as a mola artist and see examples of their art. As we explore the molas we see the different subject matter used and observe design possibilities. It is formatted to be interactive to engage the student.
