Miss Rumphius Writing
Description
Miss Rumphius Writing is an engaging way for students to respond to the much loved classic Miss Rumphius, by Barbara Cooney, as well as celebrate springtime and Earth Day.
Students will brainstorm ideas about how they can make the world a more beautiful place just as Miss Rumphius does. They will consider how they can help the environment, people, as well as plants and animals. Next, they will choose a brainstormed idea to further develop by creating a plan with specific details and steps.
