Mindfulness Bundle

This bundle includes 5 resources designed to help children recognize, identify, and regulate emotions. Resources will help children name and recognize feelings in themselves and others, have discussions surrounding their feelings, the feelings of others, and the cause of those feelings, and reflect on and learn from experiences that caused a variety of emotions. There are also activities that help children learn to calm, regulate, and center their feelings in developmentally appropriate ways.

This bundle is perfect for at home, in the classroom, or in your professional practice. Many of the resources can be adapted and used for older children, teens, and adults alike!

This resource is in both English and Spanish and includes complete lesson plans to help you prepare, introduce, and extend the activity.
