Description

Level: Grade 5-8th
Time Frame: 7 Days
Learning Dimension: Science
Summary:
Howard Gardner Ph.D. has a Theory of Multiple Intelligences (1983). He states that regardless of which subject you teach/learn, every student should be presented with learning tools/materials to reinforce mastery of the content. Linguistic, Logical/Mathematical, Spatial, Bodily-Kinesthetic, Musical, Interpersonal, Intra-personal, Existential, and Naturalist (9). Over the course of two weeks, students will be learning about their own multiple intelligence. They will dig deep into their brains and learn tools on how to use their intelligence and mindful meditation to guide them throughout their education path.
