Mighty Mantras - Affirmations for Kids

I truly believe words spoken aloud holds significant power and energy, especially accompanied by emotion while expressing them. It helps to have someone say it first, then have the other repeat it back. For example, a guardian or teacher says to child, "I am kind and loving to myself and others" and the child repeats it back! It may feel silly at first, but with time these statements can start to become true to whoever is speaking them.

For myself, I practice these statements daily, sometimes looking in the mirror if I feel the need for a stronger connection between the words, emotion, and myself. As I started this practice in my later years, it is evident that these internal shifts can happen at any stage in life.

However, with these changes, I can only imagine the power it would hold for those wishing to start sooner in their journey, and for younger humans who can practice early to build self-esteem, confidence, and a growth-mindset. :) I believe it is ideal for families and for people working in a school/classroom environment with children at varying ages!

This ebook contains affirmations that relate to various categories like:

- monday-friday getting ready

- emotional regulation through different emotional zones

- going to bed / have a good sleep 

- starting school / school related 

- change related

- affirmations to say together as a family

- body positivity

- other fun ones like birthdays and brushing your teeth! 

So, if one of these passages sparks positivity inside you, your child, your friend and or any person, then my goal has been accomplished!
