Description
This document is used in a middle school classroom, where students have come up with the ideas and declared them fair. Included are a set of rules for students to keep, a document for students to sign that they agree to the rules (teacher can collect and keep in their file for documentation), and a letter to parents that comes back signed, when a student violates the agreed upon rules.
