Meditation Resources

This Digital Meditation Room is completely editable and includes a variety of meditation lessons for students of all ages and all levels to access. The highly engaging and visually appealing layout provides a platform for students to engage independently or as a whole group resource and all can be done either in the classroom, at home. This is a great practice to do during class meetings, before/after transitions and is a wonderful way to reinforce mindfulness and recentering.
