Description

Kid Friendly Meals - Planning Pack for Kids is a PLANNING pack to help with Meal Meal Planning for Kids.

NOTE: IF YOU PURCHASE (OR ALREADY PURCHASED) THE MEAL PLANNING FOR KIDS UPDATED HEALTH AND NUTRITION CURRICULUM, YOU WON'T NEED TO PURCHASE THIS. IT IS INCLUDED.

In an effort to make my Meal Planning for Kids Curriculum even more easy to use, I created extra tables and forms to help with the planning process. For example, I created a table to help figure out how many calories each member of the family needs, including a 1200 calories meal plan.

Also, structure is provided to help kids determine number of servings of each food group, based on calorie needs. For example, is mom is on a 1200 calorie diet plan, it will be easier for kids to plan accordingly. Information on exactly what a serving size is also included.

There is a brainstorming table for kids to use to jot down their ideas for meals and snacks as well as a shopping list table to help with planning what needs to be bought at the store to prepare the meals and snacks on the menu. I also included a meal planning template that can be used to display for the family what will be on the menu. This template is fully editable. (You will receive two separate files--zipped).
