The lessons in this download teach children about natural shapes, patterns and sequences.
This bundle includes 4 lessons covering natural shapes, fractals in nature, the Fibonacci Sequence and circles in nature.
Each lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint explaining the learning, activity sheets to encourage students to go out and investigate natural shapes and patterns and record their findings. I have also included with each lesson a video of my own mathematical shapes in nature lessons (using these resources) which took place online for teacher’s understanding or to show the class.
This pack is great for teaching kids all about the wonderful mathematical sequences that naturally appear in our world.
