Description
*Completely Customizable to fit any Learning Target!*
Marzano Scales for Student Self-Assessment (4 per page). Easy to customize and fit any lesson, learning target, outcome or objective!
Simply plug in your learning target at the top, change out the skills at the bottom of each column to fit the needs of that particular lesson!
For example: if the learning target is "I can measure to the nearest whole inch on a ruler." Your steps across the bottom of the checklist could be: 1) I can line an object up to the "zero" at the ruler's "leading edge." 2) I can identify where an object "starts" and "stops". 3) I can round to the nearest "whole inch" on a ruler.
It's that simple! Just think of a few steps that kids should know before they can actually hit the learning target and have them "check-in" and self-assess after each chunk of the lesson as they get closer to trying the actual activity for the learning target! You can have students sort themselves into "4 corners" after each check in and then pair up kids who can coach with kids who need the help if needed!
