Martin Luther King Jr Vocabulary

Target vocabulary skills with this packet that includes 24 vocabulary words and definitions as well as a fill-in-the-blank homework sheet for students to practice their new vocabulary skills with.

To prepare: Print, laminate, and cut out vocabulary cards on pages 3-10. Print out enough homework sheets (page 11) for the amount of students that you are working with.

To use: (Pages 3-10) Divide the MLK Jr. vocabulary word cards from the children definition cards. Students take turns either picking a vocabulary word and matching it with the appropriate definition or vice versa. (Page 11) Provide each student with a fill-in-the-blank homework sheet and have them fill in the spaces with the appropriate vocabulary words.
