What educators are saying

Very engaging resource and a great way to consistently review these topics and concepts! My 4th graders enjoyed using this.

Description

Your students will be excited to learn about Martin Luther King Jr. during January with this activity! This includes one biography, one profile page, and several templates for the biography lapbook. This comes PRINTABLE AND DIGITAL (Google Slides). You can easily export the Google Slides to PowerPoint format.

The biography includes plenty of information to complete the MLK project, but other book and internet resources can also be used to help students fill this out. Each biography and profile page comes in a full and half-page size and in different color selections (color, grayscale).

***Please note*** This resource is included in the Black History Activity Set 1 and Black History Month Activity Bundle (The bundle includes 50 African Americans). If you own this bundle, you do not need this product.

If you do not wish to make the lapbook, you may also:

  • create biography posters
  • create a classroom biography book
  • create a black history wall display using the profile pages
  • create other projects using the lapbook pieces

Black History Activity Set 2 includes additional African Americans!
