Making and Answering Phone Calls (Slides & Handout)

This is the first class of a 6 class seminar series titled "Professional Communication" - this series devotes three units to phoning skills and three units to emailing skills. Typically, I teach this to English Language Learners who currently work in an office or to university juniors and seniors. These materials are listed as free so that you can preview whether or not this series is appropriate for your classroom.
