The Lesson plan template is based on Madeline Hunter's 7 step model and is EASY to customize to your own needs. Keep track of what is working and what you will need to adapt the next time you teach your lesson.

Don't forget about meetings, assessments, or IEP accommodations and modifications.

These will easily work in any binder, but I did build these to use with ARC notebooks and other customizable notebook/binder systems. I highly recommend you invest in a customizable notebook set up to help keep your teaching life organized.
