Student Tracking Form:

There are 3 student recording pages. Students can chart their success with these helpful bar graphs. There is a graph for a 20, 30, or 40 problem mad minute, depending on your students’ needs. Basic math facts should take 2-3 seconds each, if students truly know them.

20 problems X 3 seconds each = 60 seconds/1 minute
30 problems X 2 seconds each = 60 seconds/1 minute

Student Tracking Sheets have a recording bar graph spot for each weekday Monday through Friday. Each day students will write the date, and the operation that they are currently working on (for example: a child working on their 2’s multiplication table will write “2X”, while a child working on 8’s subtraction would write 8-).

The bar graph creates a strong visual for student success. The kids love graphing their scores each day and seeing their progress. These can be sent home each week, so that parents know how their children are progressing throughout the week.

Editable Teacher Tracking Form:

The teacher tracking form is an editable word document for up to 30 students. This will allow you to type in your class list, and simply print a page each week (or for the year). This will make it easier to track student data. Some teachers may prefer to keep this as a working digital document, and type student data each day.
The teacher tracking form allows you to record which operation each student is working on, for example: Aniyah 2x, Robert 3x, Matias 8+.

There is a column to score the number of correct answers for each day of the week. This will give you the ability to quickly see how each child is progressing.
