Let's Journal: Creating a daily habit of journaling about life can help students get their thoughts on paper, which is an excellent tool for clearing the mind of the emotions that can be built up over time. It’s a place to release and let go of things that bother us or to express things we are happy about. Either way, it’s a place to let it all out! 2 minutes in length, longer for class discussion (if applicable).
