This MLK Interactive Gallery contains 2 informative videos of Dr. King's life, 3 thought-provoking worksheets (via Google Slide), 1 recording of one of his famous speeches, affirmations using each letter of Dr. Martin Luther King's name (PDF format), 1 song, 1 lyrical rap/ music video, 1 narrated story, and 1 digital puzzle (via Jamboard). In total, students and teachers are able to click on 11 hyperlinked images that highlights Dr. King's dream and mission!
Directions:
- Add the downloaded resource to your Google Drive
- You will then be directed to a Google Slide deck with four slides including: Slide 1 - the Interactive MLK Gallery; Slide 2: a legend that serves as a helpful Tour Guide of the Gallery; Slide 3: the Terms of Use; and Slide 4: a list of supporting Contributors
- On Slide 3 of the Google Slide deck, read the Terms of Use slide in detail
- On Slide 2 of the Google Slide deck is a legend that can be used as a guide when touring the virtual gallery
- On slide 1 of the Google Slide deck, interact with the virtual gallery by clicking on the 11 hyperlinked images
