Unit Overview:

Students will view and respond to a series of 1 minute interstitial animated narratives from the Series Tell Me A Tale. Tell Me A Tale explores wellbeing and emotional intelligence using the voices of real, Aussie kids, with animation based on their very own drawings. These episodes are currently available for viewing in Australia free on abc iview. https://iview.abc.net.au/show/tell-me-a-tale. Some episodes are also available on YouTube.

Students will learn how to take still close up photos using a digital device such as an ipad. Students will create a visual sequence based on this story and create a digital retell of the story using still images and audio recording of their own speaking.
