School Lunch Hero Day: Need a quick and easy way to show your thanks to the wonderful cafeteria workers in your building? This is it! School Lunch Hero Appreciation Day is held every year in early May. Use these posters (which can also be used as coloring pages!) to show your appreciation to the amazing food service, breakfast, and lunch workers that deserve our genuine appreciation. This year's Lunch Hero Appreciation Day will be held May 3, 2024.

How can I use these Lunch Hero Appreciation Posters?
- At our school we hang these posters up all around the cafeteria. Our lunch helpers feel so very appreciated!
- We also have used the black and white versions and had children color and sign their names on them. (It's like Lunch Lady Coloring Pages!)
- Some teachers make a book out of the posters and then give to the lunch helpers!
- Some teachers print the posters out and paste them onto tagboard. The students can then sign their names around the poster board as a way to personalize their thank-you!
- Hang them up at a thank-you breakfast, in the hallways, or in the staff lounge!
