Living Environment State-Mandated Lab Math Practice

NYS-mandated labs for the Living Environment Regents provide an opportunity for students to explore a variety of topics in the curriculum. However, the opportunities for students to practice both their math skills as well as their free response skills is limited in the State-Mandated labs.

This resource enables students to practice calculating averages, setting up a scale and plotting points on a graph, and interpreting the data with NYS Regents-quality questions. It is designed to be completed in a single period or as a homework to review for the upcoming Living Environment Regents Exam.
