Description
Challenge your students to think and problem solve as they work on this winter themed STEM challenge. Your students will work on character traits, text evidence, making observations, and problem-solving. This activity includes a suggested read aloud, lesson plan, graphic organizer, and a STEM challenge.
The STEM challenge includes the challenge of substitution. Students are presented with the challenge to substitute art materials for strips of paper.
This activity is a great addition to learning centers and enrichment activities. This activity comes with suggested materials, but materials can be adjusted to meet your classroom needs.
