Life Skills Calendar for Homework or Extra Practice: Great for Distance Learning

Students are more likely to become independent adults when they practice life skills while they are young. Send this calendar home with your students with disabilities (or your Pre-K/early elementary students) to encourage parents to involve their children in life skills activities on a regular basis. You can choose to assign it as monthly homework or just extra practice activities. This calendar comes with two versions:

• Version 1 has 25 life skills activities that are appropriate for a wide range of ages and ability levels. Send it home for just one month or send a new one home each month to develop good habits.
• Version 2 has the same life skills activities. It also features the ability for parents to select if the activity was completed independently, with prompting, or with support. If you send a new copy home each month, you can track students’ progress as they become more independent on each skill.
