Description

This product contains activities based on Life Doesn't Frighten Me by Maya Angelou. The first activity has students analyze the illustrations as they relate to the words in the poem. The second activity has students write an additional stanza for the poem while maintaining the theme and poetic elements. Students will also analyze the poem's speaker and repetition, and write an opinion essay about the speaker.

A great book and activity for any day with an easy to follow guide to make sub plans easy.
