Description

The first Library Lesson of the year can be a fun exploration. Savenger hunts are fun! Use first question and answer hunt to introduce the school library while meeting common core standards.

Send home the public library hunt for extra credit.

Follow up with the Dewey Decimal note card hunt as practice before research projects.

Vocabulary is simple. May be a whole lesson for lower grades as well as a review for middle or high school students. Don't stress over your next library lesson.
