Description
This is a conflict/resolution tool to help your students change from focusing on a problem to focusing on commonalities. In my 20 years of teaching, this helped with personality conflicts every time!
You will receive a template for students to fill out as they work out their problem and a guide of many potential commonalities to help them make that happen.
The best part is the way that the students see a new side to one another and that helps diminish the current and future conflicts. Instilling peace in our students is a valuable lesson to teach. Way to go!
