Let Me Introduce Myself! - Get to know your gifted student

Regular education teachers are always getting forms and documents about their students with special needs, but they don't always get the same forms about their gifted/talented students they have on their roster. These students also have goals and needs that need to be met within the classroom.

This is where "Let Me Introduce Myself" steps in! This information packet was designed to give your gifted student a chance to introduce themselves to their teacher(s). Students are able to talk about what outside of school activities they participate in, what they enjoy most, clubs/organizations they are a part of in school, what they hope to learn, what they hope to be more challenged in, and many other topics. Students can also write a short paragraph introducing themselves and providing even more detail. There is also a page included allowing the gifted teacher to provide additional school information - such as medical info, ability levels/grade equivalences, goals, test scores, etc.
