Landform & Live Desert Animal Sounds Interactive Matching Activities

My students have been intriqued by the real sounds of each desert animal and have learned how to differentiate between the different kinds of animals and their sounds. This is a very interactive way to teach. Students can take turns at the SmartBoard both learning about the different landforms as well such as; penninsula, island, mountains, plain, valley and canyon. Students will match each landform to its definition as each page is read as you click each page with soft background music throughout. Students can circle how well they think they did at the end by making a selection from the three choices on the attached student rubric. Have fun teaching!
