La Casa Google Webquest Directions Part 1:
Give students their vocabulary for your La Casa unit
They will be taking on the role of realtors (high level students) and roommates (they can choose or you can pair your students).
Assign your students jobs using the “game of life cards” and a random number wheel- (I use Wheel of Names and label it 1-10). Students receive jobs and salaries. The realtors must apply to their jobs. Roommates must submit a rental application.
Using the responses from the google form, the realtors will work together to make a presentation assigning each of their listings on the realtor site to each roommate pair (ideal for class amounts of 35 and lower).
The roommates will make a list of their top two listings and proposed budgets based on their jobs.
I built both these sites which is why the google forms and game of life cards are sold separately.
