L05: Japanese Likes & Dislikes & Goldfish Story Lesson (Kinder, 1st, 2nd, 3rd)

Engaging way to teach likes and dislikes in Japanese! Plus, the cute "Kingyo ga nigeta" story with extension activities. The Japanese story reinforces "doko" and easy everyday vocabulary. Students get to make an adorable, movable goldfish bowl craft, which builds their fine motor skills and gives them something to take home! Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grade students love this lesson, but it can be adapted to higher grades. Lots of opportunities for vocabulary practice (goldfish, obento bako, doko, etc.) and writing hiragana at the teachers' discretion. A great beginner lesson.
