Teaching our students to be a good friend and be kind to one another is often something that gets lost in the fast paced world of education. We often tell our students to "be a good friend" or "be kind", but how often do we TEACH them how to do this? A group of 9 TpT sellers have collaborated to bring you 9 engaging and fun resources to help teach your students HOW to be kind to one another.

What better way to celebrate Random Acts of Kindness week than to get your students and their families involved in spreading kindness?!
Inside this freebie you will find printables to send home with your students to work on a "kindness project" with their family. Included in this download is a description of the project, a list of books and discussion questions for the parents to use with their child, and 2 different worksheets that will be returned at the project due date. For this project, they will be asked to perform some type of random act of kindness (no matter how big or small!) as a family. Your students can then present them to the class if you'd like, maybe even with a picture or two showing what they chose as their "random act of kindness"! The differentiated worksheets make it possible for ALL students to participate in this activity!
This freebie is a wonderful way to extend your teaching of being a good friend and being kind to one another to the home environment!
