Kindness and Motivational Quotes | 35 Social Emotional Notes For Kids

These notes include motivational quotes for students to give to one another or to keep for themselves. I have had students hold on to these notes for weeks or months. Sometimes we don't realize how much these little things can mean to them. Students will enjoy coloring them and having these notes as a motivational reminder. I have these cut out and placed in a specific area labelled "kindness quotes". I introduce it to students in a way where they can use them on their free time, and that way they independently take it when they want to spread kindness to others or need a little motivational boost for themselves. You can also use this as a challenge, where you can have students give one note out to students in the classroom or around the school on Fridays for instance. It also helps with your classroom community, and classroom management as you are teaching students to be kind to others. This ties in really well with a kindness lesson!
