Kindergarten Maps, Globes, & Continents

This culturally representative product is designed to introduce the concept or maps, globes, and continents to your kindergartner. This unit was developed to give students a greater sense of self and affirm their identities beyond the traditional Eurocentric social studies curriculum. Your students will love learning about the TRUE size of each of the continents and the difference between a map and a globe. In an effort to grow 21st century leaders, this resource also comes with a bonus lesson on growth mindset and the power of positive thinking. A teacher/guide is included to get the most out of the unit and the reinforcement activities.
