Description
A kindergarten concepts of print writing rubric to document writing assessments and journal writing.
Created for kindergarten writing, but can be used to reinforce first grade writing skills.
The rubric has a clearly defined 0-6 scale; measuring effort (use of skill) and ability level for concept of print skills.
Skills include writing left-to-right, top-to-bottom, punctuation, letter formation, spacing, and illustrations.
Choose from two formats; one with and without a parent signature section.
Great documentation for conferences, report cards, progress monitoring, RTI meetings, and student portfolios.
