Kindergarten Common Core Addition {Printables and Assessments}

This is a 90+ page product to help you keep you instruction focused on the common core standards. These printables help you introduce the concept of addition and will allow your students to practice and/or review addition concepts.

On each page the common core standard is listed along with an "I can" statement. The printables are ordered by standard beginning with CC.K.OA.1-5. The level of practice varies allowing students to begin as young mathematicians and as instructors to differentiate instruction. Each standard has 3 assessments included, for assessing and reteaching purposes. Also included are vocabulary picture cards.

K.0A.1- I can use a variety of strategies to solve addition problems.

K.OA.2- I can solve addition word problems using objects or drawings.

K.OA.3- I can use make numbers lots of different ways.

K.OA.4- I can make the number 10 lots of different ways.

K.OA.5- I can add fluently within 5.

Many of the printables could be used for whole group, small group, independent practice or even sent home for homework assignments.
