Kindergarten Art Lesson Plan Form

This form has check boxes for art media, the element and principles of design and the new national art standard for kindergarten. The are boxes for art history, art production, vocabulary and "I can " statements. I developed this form to help me keep track of what standards I was getting in each art lesson.
