The rainforest is covered in this jungle topic as it shares most similarities with the jungle even though it is considered a forest, but is mentioned in the true or false section of the unit. Across materials in this packet, you will find sort and cut, laminated activities, science 5 senses classroom walk experiments to gather existing schema and more. Along with this unit, I have provided needed Anchor charts, classroom decor, hallway decorations, coloring pages and KWL chart pieces for whole group engagement. My goal for this jungle lessons packet was to provide each teacher or homeschooling family with anything and everything needed to teach about jungles across the subjects of ecosystem, landforms, animals, plants, habitats, vocabulary, food chain, food web and be able to integrate it across other lessons in the day during center and even independent work time! With the extensive collaboration of all teaching subject areas and more, I hope that you find this All about the jungle learning package useful as it was for my classrooms across Pre K - 5th! There was always a way to repurpose this material when laminated and helped with my ELL students!
