The Jumbo Feelings Thermometer & Self Regulation Strategy Cards resource helps learners identify their Zones using a big sized feelings thermometer and provides quick-strategy cards for reference. This resource can be used in classrooms, therapy sessions, and other common educational or home settings. The following features are included:

• Four standard sheets of the four Zones (red, yellow, green, blue), each list four feeling/emotion words. The full Jumbo Feelings Thermometer is about 40 inches tall (3.3 feet).
