Description

Engage your students with this fun and challenging print-and-go resource to supplement the book John, Paul, George, and Ben by Lane Smith and your study of the American Revolution.

This resource is a print-and-go packet that supplements your reading of the book John, Paul, George, and Ben by Lane Smith. It is a funny story that tells important facts and character traits about five of the founding father’s: John Hancock, Paul Revere, George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, and Thomas Jefferson. I am not associated with this book or its author in any way. I just enjoyed reading it with my students and wanted to create activities to supplement our reading of the story. You can purchase this book on Amazon, at your local bookstore, or check it out from the library.

This resource includes activities for your students to complete during and after you read this book. A variety of skills are covered, including fact recall, reading comprehension, vocabulary, compare/contrast, text connections, cause and effect, extension activities, and more!

Some activities have answer keys (located at the end of the resource) but many of them are open-ended and will depend on the age of your students and the depth of your study.
