Intro to Exponential Functions and Graphing - Guided Notes and Practice

This step by step, discussion driven, no-prep notes and practice set that covers graphing exponential functions and analyzing their attributes is a great way to teach & introduce key characteristics of exponential functions to your students. The first page of the notes is more instructional and introduces asymptotes, the parent function, growth vs. decay, the components of the formula and how to graph with 4 examples to discuss together.  The second page can be used as independent practice or as guided practice, where students work independently, with a partner or within a small group.
