Description

Let's take a Back to School STORYventure... Old School Party with our favorite classic books: Where the Wild Things Are, Amelia Bedelia, Miss Nelson is Missing, and Chrysanthemum!! This No Wheels Field Trip is just what you need to have some FUN with an interactive story when school starts back that will encourage reading good books in a new way to students!

On this Back to School STORYventure, you will start by visiting the story adventure map! The map will guide you through the Back to School STORYventure jumping into 4 of our FAVORITE Classic Books:

  • Where the Wild Things Are
  • Amelia Bedelia
  • Miss Nelson is Missing
  • Chrysanthemum

This Back to School STORYventure is interactive and A TOTAL OLD SCHOOL PARTY! You and your students will travel back to 1963 (when was that?) and keep traveling until they reach 1991!

On the way, take some funky old school brain breaks. I love STORYventures! The best part is the styling similar to a virtual field trip... but instead of going to a place, students will journey through a book and more! Not only will your students discover good books, but they will learn new things, engage in comprehension activities, and spark curiosity during Back to School STORYventure: Old School Party!

Students will respond, create, think, and absorb so much information it will be hard to fit in to one day! Seriously! This trip is FULL of information and is best delivered over multiple days!

Students will believe you are the most AMAZING teacher... which YOU are! Learn real facts and information on your NO WHEELS FIELD TRIP!

This is perfect for grade levels 3-5 independently. K-2 will need support for reading materials and a typed answers. However, I would still use this with K-2 students because they love learning and reading these books so much!

Included in the experience:

35+ different linked websites and slides (Links are considered as images that link to somewhere else like a website or slide. Not all links are websites. Some links are video slides and some are response slides.)
