INSECTS POWERPOINT
This 35-slide PowerPoint presentation can be used to learn about insects.
The PowerPoint presentation contains a cover; a title page; 10 slides for Words to Know; 16 slides discussing what insects are, their body parts, what they do for the environment and their life cycle;and 7 True or False questions.
This resource can be used as a whole lesson, starting from unlocking vocabulary, discussing key understandings about insects, and assessing students' learning. You and your students will surely have a fun time with "What are Insects?"
Note: This resource is a PowerPoint file. Transitions and animations can be edited, as well as the font used for some parts.

INSECTS FLIPBOOK
This 16-page resource that consists of foldables/templates that can be used to create a flipbook on insects. It can be used to summarize your students' key learnings or understanding.
Pages 2-6 show the different parts of the insect flipbook with sample answers:

Pages 7-11 feature the ready-made color templates.
Pages 12-16 feature the ready-made blackline templates.

INSECTS BINGO
In search of fun activities on insects? Engage your students with this fun Insects Bingo! This packet contains instructions, patterns, bingo cards, a call sheet and call cards on 16 types of insects.
PREPARE: Print out different BINGO cards for each child plus a call sheet or the call cards. Cut out the insect call sheet or the call cards and put the squares or rectangles into a container.
DISTRIBUTE: Hand out one BINGO card to each child (each card should be different). There are 32 bingo cards in this insect packet.
CALL: The caller should pull out one insect mage, describe it and show it to the children.
MARK IMAGE: The children will then place pennies, rocks, counters or something similar on the called insect image if it is on their bingo card.
WINNING: Once a predetermined pattern is made on a card, the child with that card calls out BINGO. Examples of patterns are provided and can be shown to children.
