Description

Informational Text: Halloween Who? What? Where? When? contains 10 informational reading comprehension passages and questions on a variety of text features. Each sheet also includes a text element such as a chart, diagram, or glossary and questions requiring its use.

Versatile Use:

★ Use as a mini-reading lesson focused on key details or text elements to increase reading of informational text.

★ Use as center work, for early finishers, as homework or as assessments.

Teach and give students practice:

★ answering questions with key details using Common Core focused informational text

★ using text elements such as charts, diagrams and glossaries to help reading understanding

★ writing and illustrating their own animal report using the enclosed graphic organizer and special report paper
