Description
This workout challenge is great for rainy days or if you need to get in PE minutes outside of PE class. The great part is that you could do this with any grade level and every time you do it kids can create a new workout. There are 3 pages of workout options. In addition there are 2 different forms. One is geared to primary grades and upper grades.
This activity can be done alone, with a buddy, or in a small group. Students choose a workout, select the amount of repetitions or seconds they will complete, and then they reflect on that exercise.
Visuals are included for the workouts.
A Canva link is also included for those that want to use the moving clipart (Challenge #3)
