Develop students’ abilities to identify and manage their feelings and emotions with this social emotional unit. Whether you use this unit during morning meeting or another social emotional learning time, the lessons, discussions, and student journal will engage your students in social emotional development, character education and community building. The main emotions discussed in this unit include: anger, sadness, stress, jealousy, anxiety/worry, feeling relaxed, and feeling excited/excitement.
